Required Skills

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills are also needed. We are also looking for good communication and teamwork skills, initiative, and someone who is a self starter, requiring little supervision. Experience with Pro-Engineer modeling tools is required, as well as the desire and ability to demonstrate high level of attention to detail.
Highly Desired: 5 years engineering experience in design, analysis, or testing. A solid understanding of engineering mechanics, with strong mechanical and spatial aptitude is also necessary. Understanding of rubber components and material properties will also be a requirement. The ideal candidate would have the willingness to work on a broad range of rubber components, and do whatever it takes to deliver the results.
