Job Listing: Business Systems Analyst
This position will be doing the following:
-Assist/perform/lead in the gathering, analysis, documentation and validation of business and/or technical needs using interviews, workshops and modeling techniques.
-Assist/write in documenting the business and/or technical needs using textual, and visual, modeling deliverables designed to help client meet its strategic objectives, in accordance with the client methodology.
-Facilitate groups of individuals, representing significant diversity in interest and level of leadership, to a common understanding of a solution.
-Consult with subject matter experts and project team members to identify and document potential business and technology solutions.
Required Skills
Qualified candidates must have the following:
-Analysis and documentation of business and technical needs
-Facilitation of meetings with business and technical individuals to gather requirements.
-Demonstrates a comprehensive/advance understanding of assigned functional domains, and their integration with other functional domains, while analyzing retail industry trends and researching functional best practices.
