Required Skills

College Degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite
Knowledge of LAN technologies
Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user management
Knowledge of Microsoft OS (Server 2000/2003 and 2000/XP)
Knowledge of email client applications (Lotus Notes or Microsoft Outlook)
Knowledge of desktop hardware (Primarily Dell)
