Job Listing: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

A Richmond based shipping company is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives to work in their call center.

On a daily basis responsibilities of the Customer Service Representatives will include:
*Taking inbound calls
*Handling customer issues regarding pricing, pickup, and delivery

Candidates interested in the Customer Service Representative position must meet the following requirements:
*Computer proficiency
*Be able to type 30 WPM
*6 months inbound call center experience is preferred.
