Job Listing: Specimen Processor- 3rd Shift

Our client, the nation's leader in diagnostic testing, is starting a 9 month project where they will need 15 specimen processors. The position starts in June and July, 2008 and goes between 9 &10 months. At the end of the assignment there is a bonus for staying the whole contract period. These positions are either 2nd shift or 3rd shift.

On a day to day basis, this specimen processor will be:
-doing data entry
-A-station
-Presorting
-pickup and delivery of processed specimens
-imaging/microfilming
-centrifuging
-aliquoting

To be qualified for this position; the ideal candidate will have a medical background and familiar with medical terminology to a clinical environment. This position requires someone with strong data entry experience with preferably 6000 keystrokes/hour. Also someone who has worked 2nd or 3rd shift before would be ideal.
