Job Listing: Help Desk Analyst

Our Client located in the West End of Richmond will be in need of a Help Desk Analyst in the near future for a 6 month contract that has the chance of going permanent.

Responsibilities will include performing technical troubleshooting and problem resolution involving LAN connectivity, desktop applications, desktop configurations, hardware issues and password issues, following established policies, procedures, and guidelines for logging, escalating, dispatching and following up on problem tickets in the firm standard problem management system, following established policies, procedures, and guidelines in answering phones, taking breaks, length of time on calls, going unavailable to the phone, and all other phone behaviors, communicating potential outage information to appropriate team members, providing exceptional service to all customers, focusing on solving their issue or escalating to another group who can solve their problem, assisting the entire team in meeting targeted monthly service levels.

We are looking for candidates with Technical Help Desk experience. The shift is from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible and able to work on call and shift work.
