Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a fortune 500 company, is looking for individuals with strong customer service background. This person will be responsible for making and taking calls from current clients and verifying information. This will be Monday through Friday 8-4:30.

Day to day functions will be working with current clients and making sure everything is ok. The individuals will be responsible for closing all loops on the current clients, and helping them evaluate the current situation. This will be a mix of outbound and inbound phone calls. This is not telemarketing. .

To be qualified individuals will have to show strong customer service background, and customer service in an office setting. Phone experience is a must. Individuals with call center background are encouraged to apply.

This is scheduled to be a 4 month contract to hire. Needs are immediate, and individuals will be required to interview with multiple individuals.
