Job Listing: Collections Representative

Our client, a financial company located in the East End, is looking for an experienced Collections Representative to join their team. This person will be responsible for auto loan collections.

On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for making outbound calls to borrowers in an effort to collect on past due accounts (one day past due to repossession). This person will work off a call sheet daily and will also be responsible for skip tracing. Ideally, this person will offer empathetic customer service to borrowers while efficiently collecting funds.

To be qualified for this position individuals must have at least two years of collections experience (auto collections preferred). Qualified individuals will have experience collecting on 30 to 90 day past due accounts and must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This position is scheduled to be a full time contract to hire position. This position's hours will be Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Since this is an immediate opening, individuals will need to be able to personally interview within 48 hours.
