Job Listing: Full-Time VB.net/ASP.net Developer

Our client located in Louisville, KY is looking for a PERM FULL-TIME developer. This position will be required to work locally in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time permanent position so interested parties must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S.

Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science required. Minimum 7 years programming experience required. Experience developing the following: interfaces between applications, interactive transactional application forms, procedural program code to enforce sophisticated business rules, and complex SQL based reports. Mastery in the following: ASP.NET, VB.NET, Visual Studio, Visual Basic, SQL, Javascript, XML with API and Oracle database technologies. Experience with Web Development and Oracle UCM and ECM projects a plus. Ability to be team oriented and energetic to foster positive results that move functional areas in a successful, strategic direction. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Work with user liaison to gather project requirements, research/document technical requirements, perform quality assurance testing, implement software in application environments, and resolve software problems. Work in concert with users to aid in the design of new applications or leveraging functional extensions of existing applications. Responsibilities will include translating and coordinating user community strategic goals into technical specifications to implement and maintain these applications.
