Job Listing: Operations Supervisor

A large company in the Chicago Heights area is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team immediately.

This Operations Supervisor will run the day-to-day operations with the facility for engineering and the shop floor.

Job Duties:

- Correlate with the engineers, manufacturing and sales employees.
- Communicating with the customers.
- Track all projects and the progress on them.
- Help out with the electrical and mechanical departments.
- Involvement with the creation of plant layouts using AutoCAD.

Job Requirements:

- BS Degree in a engineering discipline preferred.
- Must have mechanical and electrical experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must have strong math background.
- Must be willing to travel for field dimensions (approximately 10% and primarily domestic).
- Must ability to communicate with customers and projects.
- Experience with automated machinery is a plus.
- Must have some AutoCAD knowledge.
