R&D Technician

A great medical device company located in Boulder Co has an immediate opening for an R&D Technician.

Position Summary:
Working with all aspects of the engineering lab in order to support the development of new products, evaluation of existing and competitive products, and evaluation of proposed design changes to existing product categories. Must keep clear records for activities to establish procedure, and protocols

Essential Duties:
Build, tests and inspect electronic and mechanical assemblies in finished products, prototype and pilot production form to establish procedures and verification of protocols. Candidates will be working under the supervision of engineers. The R&D Technician is required to execute repetitive evaluation tasks under minimal supervision.

Educations, Req and other Experience
Minimum of a 2 year degree in electronics, mechanical technology is required.
A four year degree in science oriented curriculum is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Microsoft Office is a must
Must be deadline driven
