Job Listing: Help desk

TEKsystems has partnered with a large information based company in Dayton, OH in search of a help desk technician for a 1 month plus contract to possible hire.

This is a first tier help desk opening, supporting mainly Windows applications. It is a 12 person help desk that supports end users across the country. There are some proprietary applications that are supported as well. Strong communication skills and personality are very important to the team.

Ideal candidates will have at least a year of help desk experience and are excited about being on a help desk.

After 8 am to 5 pm training...the shifts will be 9 am to 6 pm and 11 am to 8 pm. Candidates should be open to one or both of this shifts.
