Job Listing: Banking Member Service Representative

Our client, a large credit union on the North side of Indianapolis, is looking for a Member Services Representative.

On a day to day basis, the member services representative will be responsible for handling all incoming questions from credit union members. The member services representative will also be responsible for resolving problems and providing outstanding service via telephone. Additional responsibilities include promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services and additional responsibilities as required.

*This position offers monthly bonuses in addition to hourly pay.

To be qualified for this position, individuals must have:
-Previous call center experience
-Previous banking or finance experience that required up selling or cross selling
-Previous experience with sales goals.
