Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer and provider of products for medical and industrial needs, is currently searching for a Customer Service Coordinator. The qualified candidate must have a background in customer service and manufacturing.

The candidate must effectively coordinate the general daily activities of the service area while utilizing engineering, sales, and production resources when necessary. He or She must have knowledge of MRP as it effects service party requirements and production. He or She will assist technical pone support activities by screening incoming calls and ensuring the effective use of the available resources.

This position is first shift and scheduled to be contract to hire. To be consider for this position the qualified Canaanite must be able to interview within 48 hours.
