Job Listing: PowerBuilder Developer

Our client, located in Lexington, has a need for a PowerBuilder developer for at least a year long project.

The qualified candidate will maintain and support computer system applications, design new applications and enhance current systems to fulfill user needs and business policies. This position will also design and write computer specifications, convert designs and specifications into computer code, create test plans and run tests to find errors, analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs, write and maintain documentation of changes to computer code, programs and specifications and provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with programs.

A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field and five years experience in a development environment is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Power Builder, Oracle Databases and PL/SQL, and intermediate knowledge of Oracle Reports, PRO*C, and web technologies preferred.

This is a year-long project located in Lexington. Must be able to work onsite.
