Job Listing: Executive Recruiter

We have an immediate opportunity for an Executive Recruiter in our Permanent placement service. As a recruiter you will be responsible for a variety of activities including: client interaction and introduction, selling and branding our services and all around excellent customer service. Additionally, you will also participate in the recruitment/job filling process, interviewing, working with clients as it relates to submitting candidates for review, scheduling and managing the interview process, follow up and closure of searches. Additional responsibilities will include participating in professional organizations and visiting existing/new clients. There is an inherent amount of 'phone work' and people interaction to grow our business. Candidates should be comfortable and confident generating business over the phone as well as in person.

Successful backgrounds in the firm have included:
-Big 4/CPA backgrounds
-Accounting/Finance corporate experience
-Brokerage/Retail Backgrounds
-Experienced recruiters with an "entrepreneurial" attitude and who are self directed.

Required Skills for Executive Recruiter Job:
