Job Listing: Test Engineer

Teksystems is looking for a Software Test Engineer to work in the Reno, Nevada area.

This individual will be responsible for performing windows based and server based testing of hand held applications on a Window CE platform. Testing will consist of a mix of white box, black box as well as automated and manual testing and will involve close interaction with software developers. This position is not meant for web application testers or firmware testers.

Qualified candidates will need to have 3+ years of software testing in a windows based environment. Ideal candidates should have experience developing automation testing tools and solid understanding of application testing, networking, SQL Server database querying, and strong scripting skills such as PERL, C++, SQL. These applications are primarily written in Microsoft C#.NET.

This position is planned to be a permanent role and immediate eligibility to work in the United States as a W2 employee is required.
