Job Listing: R&D Laboratory Supervisor

We have an immediate opening for an R&D Laboratory Scientist with a research and testing company in the Twin Cities area. The lab supervisor will be responsible for the accuracy of all ELISA trait testing including qualitative assays for trait purity and quantitative assays for adventitious presence, gene expression, or disease. The supervisor will also direct sample flow in the lab, communicate with lab analysts, and manage staffing to meet testing demand. Qualified candidates must have 5 years of lab research experience with a bachelors degree or 1 year with a PhD. A strong knowledge of ELISA techniques with supervisory experience is also required.
