Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Nashville, TN and surrounding regional areas
Overview:
This individual will be responsible for driving sales within the Component Services suite of offerings for the sales market. These services cover the following: Applications Development, Applications Support/Maintenance, Data Management, QA/Testing Services, Deployment Services, Inventory Services, and Support Services. Individual will be asked to work closely with management to educate the sales force, meet with existing clients and to identify, sell and close services opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
¿ Create and execute a strategy for growing services revenues and overall awareness of Component Services portfolio offerings.
¿ Provide leadership, support and education for staffing Account Managers towards selling Component Services on a consistent and successful level.
¿ Increased exposure to customer’s business initiatives
¿ Effective value messaging
¿ Attend client meetings with Account Managers to help promote and sell services.
¿ Track and drive a services pipeline. Work with Account Managers and clients to close deals.
¿ Work closely with local office leadership and regional sales leadership to forge solid partnership and drive integration with local Account Managers.
¿ Utilize existing TEKsystems sales techniques to help drive business (contact management, sales training, etc.).
¿ Accountability to Regional Director:
¿ Bi-monthly sales reports and associated pipeline calls
¿ Delivery forecasting
¿ Regional strategy execution
¿ Documentation of best practices, case studies and methodologies as it relates to wins in the market.

¿ PC literate in Windows environment and strong Office 2003 skills in particular Excel and Word

¿ Firm ability to negotiate, take initiative and pursue new leads in market
Minimum Qualifications:
¿ Sales experience in Financial Services industry
¿ Industry contacts in the all markets
¿ Experience selling/closing large ($1M+) deals in Applications and Infrastructure Services arena
¿ Prior leadership experience
¿ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
¿ Comfortable working with senior level management
¿ Minimum of 3-5 years sales work experience
¿ Solid external sales experience
¿ Comfortable with educating and selling aspects of services provided
¿ Has met a minimum of $3-$5 million dollars in annual sales revenue quota
