The GMD IT group of our client is looking for 2 strong Business Analyst/project Leaders that can complete the end to end requirements and analysis documentation of two existing systems. This system is maintained locally in Wilmington and is implemented in countries around the world. It is expected that this documentation will enable the Clients IT team to more easily maintain and drive changes. In addition to execution must be able to coach and mentor others in key processes, techniques, and tools as well as understand how each component fits into the larger delivery picture. Responsible for: preparing analysis level models and business process diagrams and documenting business logic. Fluent in UML to document logical models. Experienced in BPMN notation to document business flows. Strong communicator a must as international communication is required. Experienced in use cases and interviews. Experience building actor hierarchies, use case catalogs, and security models. Relating logical models to use cases is a plus. Familiar with SOA is a plus.

Among the roles and responsibilities of this position will be to:

Understand the end to¿ end system; future business and IT plans; system base functionality; development processes; current and future IT processes surrounding system changes
¿ Refinement deliverable templates, as appropriate, for future documentation in accordance with organizational goals
Documentation of business and systems¿ features and functions
Documentation of use cases and business rules¿
¿ Identification of additional resource needs to help derive business rules and processes from code as necessary
Development of processes to maintain¿ documentation on ongoing basis
Maintain a workplan and provide management¿ status reporting on a bi-weekly basis

It is envisioned that parts of the documentation can be done as time permits by the remainder of the team.
