Job Listing: QA Tester

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is expanding their Project Management Office and IT Governance Team by hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role you will not only be a key part of the software development lifecycle, but also help in refining it.

Responsibilities:
*Work closely with project teams and assist in requirements gathering, defining test strategies as well as executing test plans
*Assist in defining and enhancing quality management practices within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure that standards, policies and procedures are being followed and continuously improved.
*Perform automated and manual testing of IT systems.
*Act as key resource for QA Testing tools and assist development teams with training and support.

Successful candidates will possess:
*1-2 years of automated testing experience (HP/Mercury preferred), QTP, Test Director.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Solid technical background.
*Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
*Strong analysis skills.
