Job Listing: Overseas Communication Technician

Our Client is looking for a Communications Technician for a one year contract in Iraq.

We are looking only for people who are able to leave for CRC training on August 6th and who have an active clearance and passport.

Ideal candidates need to have a minimum of 7 years experience in the tasks stated below. A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 yrs experience will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be capable of performing analysis of system operations. Must have knowledge of and experience in the operations of hardware systems and components. Must have experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components. Must be capable of routine system maintenance and analysis functions including: hardware configurations; adding, removing and replacing hardware components; use of hardware and software diagnostic testing tools; reading of electronic circuit schematics; and repairing printed circuit boards.

Must have capability to distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Performs installation, test, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of communications equipment, electronics equipment, large computers, minicomputers, or microprocessors, including buses for those in a networked environment.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $150,000 to $168,000 per Year
