Job Listing: C# Developer

Position:
Our client that is located in north part Austin, is looking for a client server C# developer to join their team. This is a contract opportunity and the qualified candidate must be able to work well with others.

Application Environment:
The client has a TIFF application that is being developed by a 3rd party. The developer will be taking over the final touches for the development of the application and integrating it into another proprietary program.

This is an integral part of the other application. Both applications are client / server applications and do not have a web component.

The candidate will also be responsible for developing print drivers for the TIFF application which is how it will produce the output.

The developer will spend the majority of the first month interfacing with the 3rd party developers of the TIFF application in order to understand the design and functionality. They will then begin the integration piece. Both applications are written in C# and the developer will also be utilizing VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) and MSMQ (Microsoft Message Queuing) as components of the application.
