Job Listing: Mid-Level Java Web Developer

Teksystems is currently seeking a mid-level Java developer for a permanent assignment with one of our clients. Our client is a fast growing provider of medical services. Salt Lake City is currently ranked the number #1 job market in the country by Forbes. Technology jobs are one of the key reasons for the low unemployment rate.

Description
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, manage, and test software projects developed in Java, Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE). These projects include medical systems, financial systems, Medicare systems, and other company systems as needed. Manage projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Essential Skills
-Proficient in the use of HTML, Java Script, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
-Proficient in designing, constructing, testing, and implementing new Java programs.
-Proficient in the use of Java IDE(s) and Java utilities needed for software development.
-Proficient in the use of Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) and how it relates to Java development.
-Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming including packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.
-Proficient in SQL used within Java development.

Requirements
3+ year of development experience in a Java J2EE environment
Bachelors Degree in a technical field or 4 years of additional experience

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $75,000 to $85,000 per Year
