We currently have an opening for a Contact Center Manager in the Harrisburg area.

The position is responsible for directly overseeing all functions of the contact center.

The Duties of the Position include:

- Training of all contact center personnel
- Hiring of staff
- Conduct employee evaluations
- Oversee other managers
- Conduct reports and business plans
- Other various duties

This is a direct placement position and the pay is $40,000/year.
