TEKsystems has an open spot for a Helpdesk Quality Analysts. This role will be to provided quality checks for a large service desk.
Responsibilities will include working with customers, clients and end users to measure process and performance improvement by developing metrics and compiling reports, charts and tables based on established statistical and financial analysis methods. Works closely with internal department managers, regional management to understand business needs and objectives.Works with his/her team and site to establish standard processes in quality monitoring and coaching and creates a rigorous feedback loop to continuously incorporate new best practices at both the site level and offering network level quality improvement suggestions . High level of flexibility and creativity, able to work independently and in a team environment. Problem solving skills evidenced by past performance, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple/detail-oriented tasks.
Prior help desk experience required, use of a knowledge base helpful but not required.
