Job Listing: Customer Service Representatives

Our client, a 3rd party contact center, is looking for Customer Service Representatives.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for taking inbound calls regarding product recalls. This individual may also be making outbound call to follow up on products and ensure that the replacements products are shipped to the correct location.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have at least 1 year of customer service experience.

This position is scheduled to be a full-time position. Individuals should be available to work 40 hours a week between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Since this is an immediate opening, individuals should be available to personally interview within 24 hours.
