Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Aerotek Professional Services is seeking customer service representatives for a client of ours in Garner, NC.

This Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding their accounts. There will be over a 100 inbound calls per day taken by each Customer Service Representative.

Customer Service Representative candidates must have a minimum of a year of Customer Service experience in a call center environment with excellent attendance record.

Customer Service Representative candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Various shifts are available; first shift, second shift and third shift.
