Job Listing: CNC Milling Machinist

JOB DUTIES:

Perform various repetitive machining operations primarily on production work or tooling.
* Perform set-ups & operation of various 4 and 5 axis milling machines (Mori Seiki & Matsuura with Fanuc Controls)
* Make machine adjustments that may be required, check dimensions, etc. to insurance conformance to drawings.
* Setup machines to precise tolerances and operate various types of machinery in production following established procedures, including:
* Inspect own work.
* Use of computer and necessary software as required.
* Perform progressive and repetitive machining operations on production, experimental and developmental work.
* Select proper tooling to perform required manufacturing operations.


EXPERIENCE:

* 10+ years of CNC machining experience in the Aerospace industry.

EDUCATION OR TRAINING DESIRED:

* High school or equivalent.
* Ability to read accurately and write clearly, perform basic arithmetic calculations accurately.
* Able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
* 10+ years of precision machining experience, technical school or vocational school training.
