Job Listing: Junior Cost Analyst

A large healthcare company located in Alameda is currently seeking a Junior Cost Analyst. This is a temporary to permanent position that will be supporting the Senior Cost Analyst.

This position will require the candidate to perform month end close and cost of goods sold package. They will prepare monthly close process schedules, purchase price variance, cost improvements, and prepare monthly inventory reporting packages. They will assist with preparing analysis packages for monthly excess, and trend schedules of inventory reserves, provisions, disposals, inventory adjustments, and other activity.
They will also work with corporate variance reporting vs. actual/forecast. The candidate will also update and plan inventory, work with inventory depletions, and work with the system Essbase.
