Job Listing: Project Manager

A leading provider of Pipeline Construction Services is looking for a results-driven PROJECT MANAGER to join their West Coast operations.

The majority of projects focus on the rehabilitation of storm sewer, sanitary, and pressure pipe systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Plan, direct and manage all activities of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, revenue and profit are met within a timely manner.
- Administer internal project meetings with the Production Manager, Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule.
- Plans and holds Project Status Meetings with the customer, sub-contractors, Field Engineer and Superintendents as necessary.
- Monitor projects daily and record production/job costs into the project management system.
- Responsible and accountable for the project management system and tools for all assigned projects from the time a project is acquired through the final payment of closed projects.


NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience in field management construction
- Experience with sewer, sanitary, and pressure pipe systems highly preferred
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Maximizer and JD Edwards software systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $70,000 to $90,000 per Year
