Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, an education services company, is looking for call center representatives. This person will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound inquiry leads from various educational institutions' prospective students.

On a day to day basis the individual will be responsible for taking incoming and making outgoing calls to verify the name and phone number of the prospective student, confirm the educational program area of interest and educational status, and complete a warm transfer to a representative at that institution.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have at least six months of call center experience. The position is a first shift opportunity and is scheduled to be a four month contract with the possibility to go permanent.
