Job Listing: Information Assurance Auditor
We are currently seeking a skilled Information Assurance Auditor for a contract to hire opportunity. Ideally they would like the person to sit in Montgomery, AL or Huntsville, AL but would consider other locations in Alabama for the right candidate.
This position would be part of a team providing security and compliance support to designated state agencies. This could consist of independent security audits or combining with the State Audit team and conducting the IT Compliance Audit (representing the State CIO office) at the same time the Agency is undergoing the normal State Audit Team process. Our client also conducts operational and security assessments of Federal Agencies, Department of Defense Organizations, and limited commercial corporations. The individual would be expected to provide an `IT Governance Audit` for those services.
Required Skills
-Must be a certified `CISA` Certified Information System Auditor.
-It would be desirable for the individual to also be a certified CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional.
-Degree Required
-Some travel may be involved to visit/audit state agencies, approximately 20% or less.
