Job Listing: Traffic Assitant
TBS Shipping Services Inc., located in Westchester, N.Y., is a premier transportation provider that specializes in ocean and inland movement of bulk and breakbulk cargoes for industrial customers worldwide. We are currently seeking candidates for the newly-created position of Traffic Assistant reporting to the Traffic Manager. Candidates must have experience with shipping, Operations, Charter Parties, and Bills of Lading. Some of the daily duties will include preparing and sending out ocean freights, demurrage, dispatch, balance of freights, insurance, and invoices. Knowledge of Shipnet a plus. Ideal applicants will have experience in working as a team, be detail oriented, and be willing to learn. Excellent benefits included.
