Reviews and evaluates technical specifications for content and determines the appropriate systems solutions to meet customer shipboard propulsion and control systems requirements. Is the senior technical contributor and responsible for developing the overall system design and coordinates the engineering efforts of all sub-systemsBachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years or related systems analysis and applications experience in the Marine or equivalent industry. • Four (4) years experience in Project Management with demonstrated performance on major, highly complex engineering projects. • Familiarity with electric ship propulsion systems. • Ability to simplify complex issues in order to move forward. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Self motivated
