Job Listing: Customs Entry Specialist

Customs Broker/Freight Forwarder/NVOCC in need of a Customs Entry Specialist for the local Houston office. The job will entail handling Customs entries for different clients, from beginning to end. It will also include the full details of the Customs and import process, along with keeping up to date on changing regulations and trends throughout the trade industry. This job will including data input, tracking, tracing, rating, billing, filing and some other documentation. The canidate must be detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and willing to provide customer service to our clients in any way needed. The canidate also must have a will to learn. This position is *NOT* a clerical position, however it is pretty much an entry level position. Customs Entry experience of 1-3 years is preferred, although not required. Knowledge of world geography, shipping transportation and local Port of Houston practices a plus. Fast paced job, good typing skills and phone skills are a must.
