Job Listing: Coordinator Customer Service Documentation
Customer Services Coordinators working in documentation manifest bills of lading accurately and efficiently and produce them to the customer in a timely manner. Keeping up with the work and analyzing and scheduling more complex shipments can be both challenging and rewarding to the documentation coordinator. The goal of this work is assuring that customers are satisfied and that they return to Hapag-Lloyd by making sure customers get their paper work quickly, that it is correct the first time it is transmitted, and that outstanding bills of lading are minimized. This is accomplished through: Reviewing shipping documentation for completeness and notifying any office which needs to add or change information Invoicing shipments and presenting Bills of Lading to customers Responding to customer questions on their shipments Organizing work so that it can be performed effectively and efficiently We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
