Job Listing: Maintenance Engineer
Repair, operation, and maintenace of multi-unit four star, four diamond resort on Cape Cod. This position will evolve as the property executes a five year capital plan that includes guest building replacement, waste water treatment installation, construction of a full service spa, and continuous process improvements. The position can be either seasonal from March through November or year round based on applicant's abilities.Qualifications: Mechanical, electrical, HVAC understanding is preferred. Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is a necesssary skill. Applicant should be engaged and passionate about problem solving, building commissioning, and guest service.Compensation: Open
