Job Listing: Project Manager/Field Applications Engineer
PACECO CORP. the inventor of the world's first dockside container handling crane is developing new technologies for marine terminals. The Systems Group is developing technology that includes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on container handling equipment, integrating sensors onto marine terminal equipment, and developing and deploying software and IT into the terminals. We are currently seeking a project manager/Field Applications Engineer who will oversee technology installations in terminals in Long Beach, Oakland and Tacoma, WA. Duties will include: * Working with subcontractors and the end customer * Provide on-site installation supervision and support. * Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. * Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. * Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. * Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. * Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. * Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. *Provide ongoing support of PACECO CORP. installed technologies.Some travel is required Please e-mail your resume to jobs@pacecocorp.com attention Henry King in the subject heading.
