Sales Analyst with data validation and correction responsibilities.

In this role, the Sales Analyst will handle the following responsibilities:
-Identify FYO8 non-comp employee and transition those users to FY09 (exception file)
-Validate that non-comp plan users have appropriate dummy comp plan & have appropriate access to the applications.
-Validate that 'exceptions' for FY08 reporting permissions get carried over to FY09
-Validate that user permissions get transitioned as per their new compensation plan and job title.
-Review SalesEdge position code for key sales leaders and spot validation for all subsets.
-perform SPA adjustments for FY08 splits during transition
Oversee the day-to-day accuracy of data attributes in the reporting system and commission systems.
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation and validation reporting.
Assist in the resolution of data issues or discrepancies.
Research field concerns and providing detailed explanations of data.
- Ensuring that the 'Account Performance Management (APM) files are clean & consistent.
- Converting the data from one format to another format while ensuring data integrity.
- Validating changes done by the Business Intelligence team during transition.
- Validating that new House Accounts get created for each new hierarchy node during the set up of Sales Hierarchy;
The ideal Sales Analyst will be a self-starter who will have the ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization and efficiency. S/he will have strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

Required Skills
-Experience with a Sales Operations organization or a Sales Reporting role.
-Advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Knowledge of sales related processes is preferred.
-Education: A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience and a college degree.
