Job Listing: Customer Service/Call Center

The major purpose of the CSR is to handle incoming customer service phone calls while being responsible for the following:

- Setting arrangements on customer accounts, answering questions, and providing information on all incoming phone contacts.

- Assisting the customer to achieve goals, while helping to build a solid credit history.

- Responding to a wide variety of customer problems and concerns.

- Ability to meet customer's need is the objective while increasing revenue and overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Call Center experience is crucial.

- Ability to talk and type at the same time while maneuvering through various programs.

- Good documentation, writing and speaking skills.

- Good negotiations, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to learn new business practices quickly and work within legal compliance parameters.

- Ability to maintain a satisfactory attendance record.

- Must be able to wear a headset, sit and talk on the phone for up to 94% of the work day.

* * *FLEXIBILITY WITH WORK SCHEDULE IS A MUST
Shifts are as follows:
5am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 11am-8pm (Some Saturdays required)
