Our client located in Passaic County is looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong experience working in a high volume call center. In this role you will be responsible for providing customers with excellent service by educating them on products and alternate choices. You will also assist with sales by up selling to customers.

Required Skills
To qualify for this position you must have a minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment.
In addition, you must also posses the following:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Must be a self starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent phone etiquette is a must
-Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
