Required Skills for this Senior Flash Developer position include the following:

Candidate should excel in all components of the Flash development skill set, as well as the Web Development skill set including:

HTML
DHTML
CSS
AJAX
Management Systems
Site Maintenance
Troubleshooting

Bachelors degree in CS, CE, and/or EE preferred
Expert with .JSP, .PHP, .CFM, or .ASP (or similar Object-Oriented server-side scripting languages)
Expert knowledge of ActionScript 2.0, Flash, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript; ActionScript 3.0 experience a plus
Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team
Content Management System Architecting experience
Flash platform Architect experience
Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications
Proven ability to lead technical projects and technical teams
Extensive structured programming experience
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
5+ years as a Lead developer for Flash-based projects
5+ years of experience as a Project Lead/Team Lead
Four (4) years of experience designing complex applications in Flash

Bonus Skills and Experience (Nice to Have):

Experience in working with content Management Systems in relation to Flash
Strong experience in bandwidth optimization of SWFs and related assets
Experience with leading geographically-separated projects and teams
