Job Listing: Service Delivery Manager
This candidate will manage new Onsite Parts Solution implementations including training end users. Responsibilities will include:
* Timely execution of all day to day sustaining activities in support of OPS locations
* Driving service level to goals for various OPS Logistics Solutions
* Developing, managing, and reporting weekly WW service level and financial metrics (inventory recon, OPEX, revenue)
* Prepare briefings for Operational Reviews
* Vendor relationship and management for Customers
* Develop and implement process changes and improvements
* Work with the regional logistics, planning, and services owners to integrate OPS logistics solutions
* Act as POC for OPS Solutions and Escalations
* Work with the Strategic Solutions group, Planning Group, Sales and Logistics to respond to customer requests and design / implement solutions
* Manage Customer Experience issues with the OPS program; parts replenishment, TSL management and inventory audits
* Create and update process documents for OPS sites for inventory flow and financial tracking
* Drive improvements in planning for site TSL and vendor managed parts
* Work with finance and accounting to provide data for reconciliation
Required Skills
* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
* Experience with data management preferred
* Ability to be on the 'On Call' rotation which may include some evenings, nights and weekends
* Working knowledge of logistics, Inventory control and planning practices
* Vendor management experience
* Ability to create and give presentations to peers and management
* Ability to develop detailed project plans and drive projects to completion
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Self starter able to work independently and prioritize work
* Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills
* Driven to exceed internal and external customer expectations
* Ability to work with directly with customers to resolve CE issues and drive process improvement
* College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
