Job Listing: Wireless Customer Service

As a Wireless Customer Support representative with one of area's up-and-coming call centers, you will be taking inbound phone calls while utilizing your problem solving skills to assist customers with their accounts. As an analytical thinker you will utilize your strong communication skills and training to resolve solutions in a timely manner while exhibiting good customer service.

Training hours will be Monday-Friday from either 5:30am - 2:00pm or from 2:15pm - 10:45pm for 3 weeks.

Required Skills

Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with people and customer service experience. Must be available to work a variety of shifts. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and basic typing/data entry skills are necessary for this position.

Successful candidates take an interest in new technology and enjoy working in an environment that promotes it as well. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
