Job Listing: Staffing Specialist
We need an successful individual that is experienced with identifying and recruiting top talent for new graduate and student program opportunities across the enterprise! Duties/Responsibilities include:
*Cultivating relationships with university faculty, students and organization/community leaders through organizing and participating in networking events, career fairs and speaking engagements.
*Facilitate high-level engagement with partner universities and organizations affiliations.
*Develop and implement an overall college diversity sourcing and recruitment plan.
*Presenting project plans, proposals, status reports through department management and groups.
*Full lifecyle recruiting.
*Developing advertising campaigns, determining ad placement and coordinating advertising schedules in appropriate media.
*Coordinates the conduct of reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record.
*Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of staffing function.
*Act as an internal staff consultant for line and staff management on employment matters.
Required Skills
Ideal candidates will posses the following skills:
-At least 3 years of recruiting experience.
-Must have experience recruiting in the Engineering field.
-Must have experience with candidate tracking systems.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*PREFERRED*
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Familiar with immigration processes
