You will be responsible for working from the Software Giant's Technical/Product Support Team escalations to handle Hot Fixes and Security Fixes on existing Unified Communications products in the market. Working end-to-end (i.e. repro, investigate, debug, test, fix), you will be required to create and/or modify test cases because, if a bug is found, then the test case does not exist yet!

Required Skills
Required Skills for this Software Design Engineer in Test - SDET level 3 position include the following:
Skill Requirements:
Windows Networking: Builds, configures and troubleshoots enterprise-level Windows network topologies
Testing: Analyzes, designs and develops test plans and test cases
Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Testing experience with 2+ years in a Windows client/server environment required
Hands-on knowledge/experience with building, configuring, understanding and maintaining Windows Enterprise networks – Servers, Active Directory, Domains, Certs, WMI, etc.
Strong knowledge of Software Quality Assurance practices, and a solid understanding of Software Development Cycle
Works independently, but knows when to escalate and provide updates
Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects
Bonus Skills:
MCSE certification a significant plus, but not required
Experience with Unified Communications products (i.e. Office Communications client/server, Live Meeting, SIP/RTP protocols, etc.) preferred but not required
Test coding (C++): Writes code to develop and maintain automated test cases
