We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to provide employee relations support to our temporary employees at our client location. You would receive and forward new employee requisitions to the recruiting team for fulfillment and assist in the recruiting process. You would be responsible to interact with the client managers and Volt's recruitment team creating positive working relationships. You would manage all temporary employee performance issues, and enforce policies and procedures set forth by both our customer and Volt. The Program Manager will also assist with new employee training and orientation and conducting employee performance evaluations. This individual will also strive to maintain a positive relationship with secondary vendors, prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, as well as establish, implement, and supervise new policies and procedures for the Managed Program. The Program Manager will be instrumental in assisting the customer in developing and implementing strategies to help meet their business objectives.

Required Skills

3-5 years prior Human Resources and recruiting/staffing experience is required. Qualified candidates will possess a demonstrated record of success in providing exceptional customer care. This individual must also be capable of managing payroll, employee personnel files and other confidential information. Expertise in Wage and Hour, employee relations, corrective action, recruiting and termination procedures is essential. Advanced verbal and written communication and time management skills; positive professionalism and listening abilities are prerequisite. Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills are imperative. Must have a proficient, working knowledge of MS Office software, thorough follow up capability, high energy and creativity. The ideal personality for this high-profile role is strong, confident, and capable of interacting with staff at all levels
