Job Listing: Customer Service Rep-Call
You will be processing orders, expediting, changing order requests, preparing general correspondence, and acting as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping. This will include quoting price and delivery information, applying organizational policies and adherence to department procedures, and referring problems to the Manager for resolution.

Required Skills
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:
1. Excellent PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Baan system
2. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
3. Must have a strong phone personality.
4. High School Diploma.
5. Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in stressful situations in order to promote good customer relations both within and outside the company.
6. You must be able to pass a drug and background test.
