Job Listing: Billing Specialist

A division of Volt Delta Resources, LSSiDATA, leverages the National Directory Assistance Database used by VoltDelta to power the Directory Assistance services for all of the major telephone carriers in North America and Europe to provide a variety of data services and solutions to the enterprise market. We have an immediate temporary need for a Billing Specialist in our Cranford, NJ location.

In this role, you will assume responsibilities for updating Data Warehouse, a custom software application that interfaces with Great Plains, in addition to reporting and tracking files and file imports. You will run, check and track summaries, invoices and reports as well as run daily/monthly billing summaries. Researching and finding a resolution to customer inquiries or disputes, balances for month end journal entries, managing invoice register and running daily file check for billing files are other duties associated with this position. General administrative support as needed.

Required Skills

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting with 3 - 5 yrs. experience in similar billing position. Must have a basic level of understanding of standard accounting principles. You must have a working and technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally, organize and plan own work. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment required.
